Born in Japan and based in New York, she is an editor with a background in journalism and a deep passion for storytelling. She focuses on shaping stories that amplify diverse voices and create meaningful connections. She recently contributed as an assistant editor on the feature film The Ozu Diaries, which screened at several international film festivals, including the Venice International Film Festival, and was nominated for Best Documentary on Cinema. She has also edited short documentaries that have been screened in the U.S. and Australia, and received the National Board of Review Student Grant.
