Born in Japan and based in New York, I am an editor with a background in music journalism and a passion for storytelling. I worked as an assistant editor on The Ozu Diaries, which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, was nominated for Best Documentary on Cinema, and screened at MoMA and other international festivals. My work also includes short documentaries in the U.S. and Australia, and I am a recipient of the National Board of Review Student Grant.
